God weighs our hearts. He weighs our hearts by the Ten Commandments, the Sermon on the Mount, the Fruit of the Spirit, and other means. Therefore, God looks at our hearts. Salvation is of God. God will give us a new heart of flesh. Not a hard heart.
Going to church is not enough. Conversely, being baptized does not save us. Yet if your heart is right, the rest of you will be right. Your heart will not want to hurt the heart of God.
Repent of sin. As a result, you will change your way of living. God will help you when you repent because you cannot do it by yourself. It is a supernatural mystery of God. Still, if your heart is open God will change your heart. Further, you become a new person. Moreover, you start choosing the narrow road and not the broad road of this world. It is the transformation of your life.
Acknowledge God publicly in your life. Have no shame about who you are. Undoubtedly, be the Christ Follower you have accepted in your life. The Holy Spirit will be your constant help in this process. You are never alone. Amen. Love & Blessings!
